Honolulu’s transportation phone systems out of service

HONOLULU (KHON2) — The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Transportation Services (DTS) has announced that the phone systems for TheBus, Skyline call centers, and Handi-Van are not available.

As a result, the Handi-Van service is unable to take reservations.

The issue arose after scheduled maintenance early Tuesday morning, when the phone systems failed to come back online.

Technicians are actively working to restore service as quickly as possible.

While the transportation phone lines are down, the HOLO card call center at 808-768-4656 remains available for customers with questions related to payments and HOLO cards.

DTS apologized for the inconvenience and promised to update the public once the phone systems are fully operational again.
