HONOLULU (KHON2) — A 21-year-old male was stabbed multiple times in Kailua shortly before 10 a.m. on July 5, the Honolulu Police Department said.
According to authorities, a physical altercation occurred between the victim and a 22-year-old male, which resulted in the stabbing.
The suspect was swiftly located and arrested for Attempted Murder, police said. The weapon was also recovered during the arrest.
The victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition, authorities said.
HPD’s investigation is ongoing. Anyone with any information is urged to call 911 or visit any police station.
