HONOLULU (KHON2) — Police officers are investigating a weapons call in Kalihi.
HPD responded to a an armed male in the area of Dole Middle School.
The school was put on lock down due to the incident.
HPD said they have a suspect detained while they continue their investigation and they ask the public to avoid the area.
