HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Big Game is set to be hosted in New Orleans on Feb. 9 where the Kansas City Chiefs will take on the Philidelphia Eagles. For you to best enjoy the game, make sure your stomach is filled with ono food.
Nola Café is a locally owned and operated cafe specializing in classic New Orleans-style beignets with a variety of fillings.
They also have plate lunches that include “shrimp etouffee”, “chicken and sausage gumbo” and jambalaya.
NOLA Cafe is accepting pre-orders for Mardi Gras, with King Cakes available for pickup every Tuesday starting Feb. 4.
For the Big Game, the cafe will feature a special beignet platter which will include four traditional, four ube, four chocolate, four vanilla and four of the monthly special, which is strawberry cream.
