PALOLO, Hawaii (KHON2) — A teenager has been hospitalized in serious condition following an apparent early morning shooting in Palolo Valley.
Honolulu Emergency Medical Services and HPD responded to the incident around 1:30 a.m. on Ahe Street.
Paramedics treated a 15-year-old boy for wounds to his abdomen before transporting him to the hospital.
It is unclear if any arrests have been made at this time but an investigation remains ongoing.
