HONOLULU (KHON2) — Meet Gigi — this week’s Wags n Whiskers adoptable pup.
The gorgeous Gigi is a 45-pound, 5-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix who was brought to the Hawaiian Humane Society in January after her previous owner could no longer provide care for her.
While she may be a bit shy when she first meets you, Gigi quickly blossoms into a playful, energetic friend once she feels at ease. According to her most recent foster family, she loved hiking adventures, car rides and showing off all of her tricks like sitting and pawing.
Gigi is a recipient of the Reid Krucky Memorial Fund, which waives her adoption fee, and includes a starter pack of everything she needs to settle into her new, loving hale.
Future pet parents looking to meet this adoring pup can visit the Hawaiian Humane Society’s Mōʻiliʻili Campus seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
