HONOLULU (KHON2) — After a little over a month of negotiations, Hawaiian Airlines flight attendants ratified a contract extension, which runs through February 2028.
Officials said the deal includes continued pay increases, retirement improvements, better profit sharing and scheduling improvements.
The new agreement was passed by 88% and will provide flight attendants with “certainty and guaranteed economic and work rule improvements.”

A joint collective bargaining agreement is still in the works as Alaska and Hawaiian Airlines continue to integrate operations.
In the meantime, the ratified contract extension will help provide stability for more than 9,200 combined flight attendants.
