HONOLULU (KHON2) — A 22-year-old man was killed early Tuesday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Kamehameha Highway in the Haleiwa area, according to Honolulu police.
Authorities say the crash happened around 6:10 a.m. when the man, who was driving northbound, veered off the road and struck a tree. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation remains ongoing.
