HONOLULU (KHON2) — A 46-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly stabbing another man during a physical altercation early Sunday morning in Chinatown.
The incident occurred at around 12:20 a.m. on February 3, when the two men got into a verbal argument that escalated.
According to police, the suspect used a dangerous instrument to stab the 37-year-old victim.
Authorities were able to locate and identify the suspect shortly after the attack.
He was arrested at approximately 12:50 a.m. and is facing charges of attempted second-degree murder.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, and the suspect remains in custody pending further investigation.
